Who is responsible?

What data do we collect?
Only what you fill in yourself in the contact form or on the interest list: your name, email address, organisation, phone number or WeChat ID, your message, and your choices of cities, sectors, period and group size.
What do we use it for?
To answer your question, schedule a call and inform you about missions that match the choices you made. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box under the form, and the steps you request yourself before a possible agreement.
Who gets to see it?
Jun Jiang and the China Connect team. The forms are processed technically by our website partner Edge (Antwerp) and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. We never sell or rent your data and do not share it with partners without your explicit consent.
How long do we keep it?
As long as needed to follow up your request, and at most two years after the last contact, unless we work together and a legal retention obligation applies.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not set cookies for statistics or advertising and does not track you. The fonts are served from our own server. If a measurement tool is added later, we will update this statement and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or object. Email jun@chinaconnect.be. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
